How to Succeed in Leadership Lift

How to Succeed in Leadership Lift

Course Introduction

Let’s call this bit How to Get the Good Stuff.

Great leadership isn’t built in one-off sprints. It’s built in the small, often invisible things you do every day. The check-ins. The questions. The thinking before speaking. The celebrations that keep people moving.

Each week, you’ll:

  • Focus on one thing that really matters

  • Run a workplace experiment — try, test, tweak. You’ll either find a new favourite or learn what to leave behind.

  • Reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and what you’ll do differently next time

These experiments aren’t tests. They’re launchpads. You can’t fail them — but you can get braver, sharper, and more strategic with every step.

Our coaching calls are your tune-ups. Come ready to reflect, ask questions, share wins (big or small), and support each other. This isn’t solo work — you’ve got a squad.

Tips for staying on track:

  • Use the call schedule to lock in your growth time

  • Create a weekly leadership slot in your calendar (protect it like you would a VIP meeting — because it is)

  • Come to calls ready to play, reflect, and recalibrate

You’ve got this. Let’s make it meaningful — and a little bit fun while we’re at it.

Let’s lift your leadership, one intentional, energised step at a time.

Leadership Coach

I developed The Sandpit Strategy – to reduce your overwhelm and help you focus on what actually makes a difference. Most importantly you will enjoy what you do because you will be getting consistent results as a team. I will only share what I know works because I have tested it and helped other leaders put it into action. I’ve worked with 100s of managers in many sectors and studied leadership, neuroscience, change, positive psychology and management – I understand your challenges and have successfully overcome them and I can help you do the same. I love helping people to lead with strength and kindness – they are not mutually exclusive. I often get asked what I really do. I help managers build better relationships. Equal relationships built on strength and kindness.
