I know what it’s like to carry the weight. To hold space for others while thinking, “Who’s holding space for me?”
That’s why I created Leaders Change Room—for values-led leaders to reconnect with purpose, lead clearly, and build systems that support them.
Because it’s not about pushing harder—it’s about leading differently.

I’ve led high-risk teams, juggled personal and professional demands, and rebuilt from the ground up.
